This policy explains how NOVARE d.o.o. handles personal data when you visit novare.si, contact us, or hear from us about our services. We keep it short and plain.
1. Who we are

2. When you contact us
When you use our contact form or write to us by email, we receive the details you provide: your name, company or property name, email address, the topic of your enquiry and your message. We use them only to reply to you and, if you wish, to prepare or provide our services. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We do not add you to any newsletter.
3. If we contacted you about your property
NOVARE may identify publicly promoted properties and use publicly available business contact details, such as a business or property name and a published business email address or contact channel, to contact the owner or manager about our services. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in offering our services to businesses (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not claim ownership of property photographs found online. When we create a property video, the visual material is supplied by the customer or approved by someone who confirms they have the rights necessary for that use.
You can object at any time by replying to our message or writing to info@novare.si. We will then stop contacting you and delete your details, keeping only a minimal note that you objected so that we do not contact you again.
4. Customers
If you decide to use a video or another service, we process the details needed to deliver it and to issue an invoice. Invoices and accounting records are kept for the period required by Slovenian law.
5. Visiting the website
Like most websites, our server and our website security software process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use this only to keep the website running and protect it against attacks, based on our legitimate interest. We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
6. Who processes data for us
Our website is hosted by a hosting provider in Slovenia. Messages are delivered to our business email account through our email service provider. These providers process data only on our behalf. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
7. How long we keep data
We keep enquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to handle them, and for no longer than two years after our last contact unless you become a customer. Customer and invoicing records are kept for as long as the law requires.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, write to info@novare.si. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (ip-rs.si) or with the data protection authority in your country.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as our services develop. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
