These terms apply to the services of NOVARE d.o.o., Slovenia, European Union (“NOVARE”, “we”). Contact: info@novare.si.
1. Property video invitations
NOVARE may contact selected property owners or managers and offer to create a short promotional video for their property.
2. Visual material
The client or property representative supplies the photographs and other visual material, or confirms that the material may be used and edited for the project and that they hold the necessary rights or permissions. NOVARE does not claim ownership of, or any rights in, material supplied or approved by the client. Rights in original photographs remain with their owners.
3. No obligation
Receiving an invitation, a sample or a completed preview does not create any obligation to purchase. If you decide not to use a video, you owe us nothing.
4. Using the final video
If you would like to use the completed video, confirm this by replying to our message or through our contact form. The introductory price is USD 99 per video unless otherwise agreed. After your confirmation we send you an invoice and the final video file. Any taxes that apply will be shown on the invoice. There is no subscription and there are no additional fees.
Once the invoice is paid, you may use the video to promote the property shown in it: on your own website, social media, direct booking pages and in your online and offline marketing, without time limit. You may not resell the video or offer it as a product to others.
5. Portfolio
NOVARE will not publicly display client or property work in its portfolio without permission.
6. Other projects
For websites and other projects, we agree the scope, price and timing with you in writing before we start.
7. Liability
We take care to deliver work as agreed. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
